I understand that I must give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a session with NET or the session will be charged.

I understand that I need to notify the NET if I wish to receive a Refund or Credit for a missed session due to an emergency. I will endeavour to make that notification prior to the session start.

I understand that it may be possible to take make-up sessions for absences notified to NET at least 48 hours in advance of the session start time for reasons other than those outlined above at the discretion of NET.

I understand that all credits expire 3 months after the the date of the session they were granted for.

I understand photos or video footage may be taken in the interests of technical analysis to aid our coaching. These may also be be used in promotional literature or on our website and social media. We follow the ECB safeguarding of young children guidelines for any photo or video taken.

I give permission for my contact details to be stored and to receive information about future courses and sessions run by NET.

I understand that undertaking any sport includes an element of injury risk. New Era Training is not responsible for any injuries sustained while renting our facility.
