The NET Academy

The NET Academy is a structured youth cricket programme built on the tools professional players use. Across our Battersea and Windsor facilities, players aged from 9 to 18 will train in age-and-ability batches led by our full-time, professional coaches with a genuine pathway from first session to county trials and beyond.

Key NET academy highlights:

We understand the importance to data which is possible with our high-tech instruments like ball-tracking simulators, speed guns, video analysis tools at the same time we give equal weight to cricket-specific strength, conditioning and injury prevention.
The 12 week programme will be sent to players and parents ahead of the academy starting so they are aware of the programme.
The programme is designed by NET founder Callum Jackson and the other full time level 3 NET coaches. The team that has coached over 25 international players at NET including Jos Buttler, Ben Duckett, Shan Masood, Zak Crawley, Sam Curran and more.
Every player gets a termly individual progress report which has their data, their videos, their coach’s notes, and clear targets for next term so you can see exactly how your child is developing.
As an Academy we will be playing fixtures in summer against other academies, clubs and touring sides to give a pathway for players to showcase the skills they have learnt during the programme.
During the academy we will have expert guest coaches in to deliver masterclass on mindset, leadership, mental toughness, nutrition and strength & conditioning.
Academy players will receive a free NET Gray Nicolls training top and have access to the exclusive NET academy Gray Nicolls online shop to buy more kit. Plus academy players will be entitled to 20% off all Gray Nicholls cricket kit.

Our next 12 week Academy intake will run from the week commencing 14th Sept – 7th Dec with HALF TERM w/c 26th oct and will cost £495.
