Callum Jackson

Callum Jackson is the founder of NET, a former professional cricketer, an ECB Level 3 cricket coach and Level 3 personal trainer. Since his professional cricket career representing England U19s, Sussex CCC and Kent CCC, Callum has amassed over a decade of coaching experience, having run academies in the UK, the UAE and the USA.

Despite coaching many international cricketers such as Zak Crawley, Ollie Pope & Shan Masood, county age group players and a varied array of clients including the Prime Minister of the UK, Callum prides himself on maximising the potential of any player he works with through his unique blend of technical, tactical and physical coaching techniques.

Nicholas Smit

Nic Smit is a Cricket South Africa Level 2 (ECB level 3 equivalent) coach and former First Class Cricketer with over 12 years coaching experience. He has vast experience with working with players of all ages and ability ranging from 5 years old to professionals. As a player, Nic is a batter/off spinner and has played First Class and List A in South Africa for North West Dragons and is now a full time NET coach. He also played 7 summers in the UK and 1 in the Netherlands as an overseas professional, and is now the club professional at Esher CC in the Surrey Prem. Nic combines his playing experience and diverse coaching experience to benefit any player that walks through the doors at NET.

Marcus Campopiano

Marcus Campopiano is an international cricketer who represented Italy at the 2026 ICC Cricket World Cup. Alongside his international career, he has enjoyed significant success in domestic cricket, winning the Surrey Premier League twice and finishing as the league’s top run scorer in 2019.

Marcus is a Level 3 qualified coach and works as a Strength & Conditioning coach with Surrey Cricket. He combines elite playing experience with high-performance coaching to help cricketers develop their skills, athleticism and understanding of the game.

Nathan Khelawon

Nathan Khelawon is an ECB Level 3 coach and former contracted academy cricketer with Essex CCC. Since representing England U16’s and Essex 2XI, Nathan has amassed over half a decade of coaching experience, having coached in Australia and all across the UK. Nathan has recently coached at Nottinghamshire CCC and as a performance coach in cricket at Denstone College.

Despite coaching current first class cricketers such as Troy Henry, Jaskaran Singh and current Scotland international Mackenzie Jones, alongside academy cricketers within the Derbyshire set up, Nathan prides himself on maximising the potential of any player he has the fortune of working with through integrating cutting edge technical and tactical coaching techniques. Nathan is a full time member of the NET coaching team.

George Hankins

George is an ECB Level 2 qualified coach who brings a wealth of professional playing experience to his sessions. He previously enjoyed a seven-year professional career with Gloucestershire, competing at a high level in county cricket and currently he plays club cricket for Hornchurch.

A technically strong and tactically astute player, George has developed a deep understanding of the game across all formats. He is passionate about coaching and takes pride in helping players improve, whether they are beginners or more advanced cricketers looking to refine their performance.

By combining his professional experience with modern coaching methods, George delivers engaging, high-quality sessions that focus not only on technical development such as batting, bowling, and fielding skills but also on the tactical and mental aspects of the game. Players can expect to build confidence, improve decision making, and gain a better understanding of match situations, all within a supportive and challenging environment.

Joe Lowe

Joe Lowe is an ECB Level 2 coach with over nine years of coaching experience and a diverse background as both a player and mentor. As a leg spinner/batter and member of the Bedfordshire CCC squad in Minor Counties cricket, he provides expert bowling and batting coaching using his coaching and playing experience.

His playing experience includes two seasons in Christchurch, New Zealand, and four years in Western Australia. Joe has held coaching roles at all levels, including Head Coach at Finchley CC in the Middlesex Premier League and Cricket Coach at Ibstock School.

He also brings experience in the women’s game, having served as Head Coach of Women’s Cricket at Subiaco Floreat Cricket Club in Perth, where he led the team to their first two premierships in club history, working with current international and Big Bash players.
